Uploading or replacing equipment images

Each equipment option can show one image in the customer comparison. The image may come from a successful product import, a supported pasted product image URL, or a manual file upload.

Use an imported image

When a product import finds an approved catalog image, it appears automatically. Confirm that the image represents the correct system or product family—not an accessory, controller, or placeholder.

Paste a product image URL

Use Paste product image URL when you have the supported catalog image for the exact product page. The URL must be HTTPS and meet the source’s supported product-image rules. A valid pasted URL is saved with the proposal and overrides later automatic import images.

Upload an image

Use Upload image to choose a PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF from the current device. The preview updates immediately.

The editor displays a reminder after saving when a temporary image was omitted. Duplicating a proposal also cannot make a temporary browser image permanent.

Replace or remove an image

• Import a supported image when no deliberate upload or pasted image is present.
• Paste a supported product image URL to override an automatic import.
• Upload a file for a temporary session-only override.
• Select Remove image to clear the current image.

Always inspect the live preview after replacement. Image accuracy matters as much as model and specification accuracy.
