Understanding the dashboard
Find proposals, filter records, and use draft, finalized, and archive actions safely. The Proposal Dashboard is the starting point for new work and the index of saved proposals. It separates active work from archived records and shows the status and last update for each row.
Find a proposal
Use Search proposals to search by proposal number, customer, phone, or address. Results update as you type.
The two filters narrow the list:
- Records switches between Active and Archived proposals.
- Status shows all active statuses, only Draft, or only Finalized.
Use Previous and Next below the table when there is more than one result page.
Understand the columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Proposal | Proposal number and creation date |
| Customer | Saved customer name and location, when available |
| Date | Proposal date entered in the editor |
| Options | Number of active equipment options |

| Last updated | Most recent saved change |
Use proposal actions
- Edit opens the saved proposal.
- Duplicate creates a separate copy and opens it for editing. The original is unchanged.
- Finalize runs finalization checks and changes a qualifying draft to Finalized.
- Reopen returns a finalized proposal to Draft so it can be edited.
- Archive removes a proposal from the active list after confirmation.
- Restore returns an archived proposal to active records.
